Thank you for placing an order with Paper Fiesta!

There is a flat rate shipping within the US for $8. Your package ships first class via the United States Postal Service. 

We will make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible. Please allow orders to process within 48 hours. Your package will arrive between 3-7 business days depending on where you are in the states. (weekends do not count as a business day).

There have been shipping delays due to COVID and being understaffed, so please be patient, especially during the holiday season 

We currently do not offer international shipping.

We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages once we have tendered to the carrier.

If you do need your purchase sooner, send us an email at paula@paperfiesta.com or give us a call at 508.545.1059 to expedite your fun purchase! There will be an upcharge depending on how fast you would like your purchase in your hands. 

Alternatively, if you'd rather pick up in store, please choose that option. 

Paper Fiesta tries to stay ecofriendly whenever we can, as a result we do reuse boxes that we get our items shipped to us.

Return Policy

You may return new, unopened items in their original, undamaged packaging within 14 days of purchase (or delivery if it was a shipped purchase, you are in charge of paying for shipping fees) for a full refund.

Holiday and sale items are a FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS 

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond as quickly as possible with instructions for how to return items from your order.
